The art in multiplexed assays
Cancer-Plex (33 analytes)
The Cancer-Plex service allows the quantitative analysis of a panel of 33 human protein markers linked with various types of cancer, ranging from melanoma and lung cancer, to lymphomas and breast cancer. It provides a reliable platform of biomarkers present in the plasma, serum or urine of patients and may be used for the diagnosis of early-stage cancer, preventing cancer progression and metastasis.
ALB, AREG, BLC (CXCL13, BCA1), CDH11, COMP (TSP5, EDM1), CRP (PTX1), EGVEGF (PROK1), FST, GAL3, GDF15 (PTGFβ), GROA (CXCL1,) IFNγ, IL10, IL6 (IFNβ2), IL7 (PBGF), IL8 (CXCL8), MIP3α (CCL20), MMP-9, MYOF (FER1L3), NRG1 (HRG1), PARC (CCL18), S100A8 (MIF), SAA1 (PIG4), SDF1α (CXCL12), ST2 (IL33R, IL1RL1), TFF3 (HITF), TGFβ1, TIMP1 (EPO), TNFα, TRAIL (TNF10, Apo2L), TSP2, TWEAK (TNF12), ZG16.
Sample types that can be processed include plasma, serum, urine, CSF, BALF, cell culture supernatants, tissue cryo-sections and cell lysates.
Samples can be delivered in micro centrifuge tubes or 96-well microtitre plates.
Delivery should be arranged in dry ice between Mon-Wed to ensure adequate receipt of samples.
