This service consists of 6 multiplex panels and is aimed for the quantitative analysis of cytokines, chemokines and growth factors from samples of human origin.
The Cyto-plex panels can be used independently or in any combination to provide absolute protein levels of up to 73 human analytes. The service can find wide applications in human research for the analysis of cytokine and chemokine molecules in complex extracellular events and signaling pathways involved in heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, autoimmunity and allergy, infectious diseases, inflammation, cancer, and neurodegeneration.

Sample types that can be processed include plasma, serum, urine, CSF, BALF, cell culture supernatants, tissue cryo-sections and cell lysates.
Samples can be delivered in micro centrifuge tubes or 96-well microtitre plates.
Delivery should be arranged in dry ice between Mon-Wed to ensure adequate receipt of samples.
