Using our proprietary detection/capture scheme we can analyse 1000 different proteins that may serve as potential biomarkers in human disorders. Our novel method minimises cross-reactivity and enhances dynamic range so it is ideal for measuring proteins in complex samples such as plasma and serum. Our computational scientists can analyse the data (ROC analysis) and identify the best performing assays. Since we know the antibodies used, those assays can rapidly transformed into regular multiplex panels and used in your lab.

This is a screening assay and data are provided as mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) and should be used for comperative analysis. Our bioinformatics team can analyse your data using ROC analysis and other techniques to identify potential biomarkers.
SAMPLE INFO
Sample types that can be processed include blood, serum, plasma, urine, CSF, BALF, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates and tissue cryo-sections.
SHIPPING INFO
Samples can be delivered in micro centrifuge tubes or 96-well micro titre plates.
Delivery should be arranged in dry ice between Mon-Wed to ensure adequate receipt of samples.
