SERVICE INFO

This service consists of 2 multiplex panels aimed for the quantitative analysis of protein markers in rat samples. Our Rat-Plex panels can be used independently or in combination and provide absolute levels of 35 rat cytokines, chemokines and growth factors involved in various physiological responses. It can find applications in research that uses rat models for analysis of inflammatory responses or discovery of disease-related biomarkers.

MULTIPLEX PANELS

PANEL A (23-plex): 

G-CSF, GM-CSF (CSF2), GRO/KC, IFN-γ, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2 (TCGF), IL-4 (BCDF), IL-5, IL-6 (IFNβ2), IL-7, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, IL-18, M-CSF, MCP-1 (CCL2), MIP-1α (CCL3), MIP-3α (CCL20), RANTES (CCL5), TNF-α, VEGF.

PANEL B (13-plex):

MCP3 (CCL7), Resistin, MIP-1α (CCL4), PAI-1, MDC, Myoglobin, CNTF, L-Selectin/CD62L, β-NGF, RAGE, SCF (c-KitL, MGF), MIP-3α (CCL20), MMP-9 (GELB).

SAMPLE INFO

Sample types that can be processed include plasma, serum, urine, CSF, BALF, cell culture supernatants, tissue cryo-sections and cell lysates.

SHIPPING INFO

Samples can be delivered in micro centrifuge tubes or 96-well microtitre plates.

Delivery should be arranged in dry ice between Mon-Wed to ensure adequate receipt of samples.
